Pineapple Jam Recipe

This is one of my favorite jam recipes, really simple, hearty and natural jam that you might want to have a try! The illustration I painted for this pineapple jam recipe is done by watercolor on Fabriano watercolor paper.

Pineapple Jam

6~8 pineapples (Peel and cut into pieces)
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

* Put into a blender 3~4 times
* Filter the pineapple juice into a big bowl
 (Get 3 glasses of fresh pineapple juice)
* Pour the pineapple sauce into a pot
* Stir and boil the sauce over low heat
* Pour the dark brown sugar, stirring evenly until thick for about 1 hour
* Cool and store in an airtight bottle
