It's final countdown after a couple of hours... another year is coming... During the moment, I would like to share with you the main roles of my blog - Mimi & Little Red Bird, hope you would love these!! I selected twelve of the paintings from my 'Friendship' drawing & painting series to make an end of this wonderful year. The original artworks are drawn by charcoal pencil and painted by gouache on a kind of handmade Chinese painting paper. I love the rough and imperfect surfaces... and the strokes match well with the paper unexpectedly. Enjoy... Happy New Year!!
